Yes, it's a lesson I should have learned as well since in the past I've seen many Daily Mail articles which subsequently were proved to be inaccurate or just deliberately misleading.

So I'm also withdrawing my comment about giving "P@H a miss in future" sorry P@H management, I will continue to shop with you.

I agree - I had read first hand how PAH help a few local small recues donating food and some free grooming to long term dogs in kennels ! A little schnauzer that I sponsered came out looking a million dollers after his PAH grooming session (he had been kept in a rabbit hutch for a couple of years) and was practicaly bald when the rescue found him and covered in sores, he absoloutely loved his pamper session after he had been nursed back to health!
