i'm from suffolk and this has been kept extremely hush hush.
How awful, cant believe this poor dog has been seized right on my front door. Although, i would like to know more of the facts first as to why the police were raiding the house, and why the dog has no teeth. This is still a very sad story.

I do hope if the owners are genuine people, that Buster can be released and can live out the rest of his life back with his family. I have signed, and will encourage friends/relatives to also do the same!

BSL needs to be ended now. This is getting out of hand!!

Similar anti-human laws and actions only dishonor the country, this law the created. 21st Century, catch a dog without teeth and speak that it dangerous! Shame!

He has been put on the exemption register.

So an eleven year old toothless dog with mobility issues has been kept in secure kennels since July.

He now has to be neutered, ga at his age. He has to be re chipped and will have to wear a muzzle in public places.

All to keep us safe

A dog with mobility issues and no teeth has been seized under the dangerous dog act! What is wrong with some people, this law needs to be changed ASAP ! And with regards to the DDA it is not the breed of the dog it's the owners

Surely this comes down intention to rather than going by the interpretation of the law...........a toothless dog, whatever breed and at 11 years old and mobility challenged doesn't qualify under the DDA. I feel the officers in charge of this are wasting our funds in bringing this charge. The dog cannot have much longer to live FGS please see sense those in charge and think of the kids that love the dog too.
