Dogs 'mimic' other dogs, say researchers

More research that shows dogs can empathise..

New research suggests that dogs can copy each other's facial expressions - just like people. Italian scientists say dogs show signs of basic empathy - tuning into each other's emotions, and helping them build social bonds.

I could have told them that, no need for all that expensive research, I would have been cheaper!
Its fascinating watching puppies start mirroring what they see from my older girls, and they learn so much from them as they grow up and my girls also teach them their manners and pack discipline, definitely easier bringing a youngster up with the older ones around to give them a clip round the ear

Do you mean to say that people actually get paid for "discovering" something that most dog owners already knew?
