Aren't they fascinating creatures Elaine I occasionally get them in the garden but mostly damsel flies . Chloe is mesmerised by them

I see quite a few when we're out nowadays. They've become fairly usual, up to about 15 years ago it was rare to see them, they've made a massive comeback round here. The other day I had 3 beautiful turquoise ones flying along in front of me when I was walking along the towpath with Mabs and Keshi. They are amazing and I love watching them when we're on the river
