I'm just a piggie

I am lucky as have always been very slim and could eat anything but recently I noticed I am developing a spare tyre so thought I had better cut down on the chocolate and cake. Then I saw some long life double cream in the fridge which had been left over from Christmas and was due to expire next week. I don't like throwing food away so had to make a chocolate sponge with the cream (whipped) in the middle. It looks delicious. Anybody want some?
