Woohoo,victory!

Hi Guys,
Well after our letter from the inspector yesterday and complaint,we had a visit tonight from the same inspector.
Hubby had a few choice words to say and i joined him about 10 mins later.
Anyway to cut a long story short they have agreed to do the works
They are also changing the way there mutual exchange system works,after apparently my complaint,had highlighted cetain things.He also agreed that the repairs should have been done pre exchange.
He was very upset to recieve such a complaint.He was also aware of the solicitors we were going to use.
So i'm extremely pleased with myself!
