thanks random! i tohught i was doing the right thing looking over every breed! but then i felt like a idiot over what they said, im doing the best i can! finding out about all diff dogs!

and we wont get one until its right, plus i love looking/talking/reading about dogs so it may take ages!!

I think you are being responsible by really thinking about what dog will be perfect for you and not rushing into anything.
If you had got a dog then decided it was the wrong colour and dumped it, that would be wrong. But how can they have a go at you for thinking about different colours You're allowed thoughts
And rescue dogs are not for everyone, so don't feel bad about going to a breeder

it was alot of older members, infact i actually had over 6 people email me, after the last time i said i wanted a white GSD, the aguments that caused was crazy! and all of them 6 people were disgusted and havent gone back, so its not just me!

i actually had them emailing me saying we have these dogs! watever colour but these people only want the 'standard'! they dont even like gsd longhairs!!

but i guess thats up to them, to me there all great, but what do i know eh?!

we are considing a rescue now! so much to take in right now!!
