Amazon Logistics & Prime

Amazon have started using their own 'Amazon Logistics' delivery courier and I have to say I am not impressed - they almost always turn up at around 8 - 10pm!

My favourite couriers are DPD - who sent you an estimated hour in which to expect delivery, you can even track their driver online

Amazon, please take note!!

Apart from that, I love Amazon Prime - anyone else have it?

I haven't had Amazon in house deliveries yet, It is usually Hermes or the PO. Maybe it is down to the area
Hermes delivery man comes around 8am and is very good, he looks like a retired oldie like me

I liked the click and collect service they had, used to leave the parcel for you at certain shops and petrol stations, you got a text with the code on when it was dropped off and then you could collect at a time to suit you. Now they do their own deliveries they have stopped it, so I have stopped Amazon.

Well they've stopped it now anyway. Used to get stuff delivered to the local petrol station which I pass fairly frequently

I have prime and generally it's great, went a bit haywire recently as they couldn't keep up with all the deliveries due to cyber Monday or whatever it's called. I've never used click and collect but it's still available as they keep pushing it. My deliveries are from Amazon themselves most of the time, have been for ages and are generally in the morning. What I do find odd is sometimes I'll have 3 different deliveries in one day all from Amazon, and the thing you need early always arrives last, not very efficient is it?

There is an amazon c&c in Wisbech by the bus terminal. Metal locker with compartments numbered.

Amazon Logistics are generally not bad up here. The parcels get here usually a day before the estimated delivery date. I had a look at Prime but not worth it for me as the free delivery is really quick.

I have had good service from Amazon but don't know who the courier was. Somtmnes the post office. Just ordered a present on the 26th November told to expect driver between the 2nd and 7th November via the PO still not here so if not delivered by Monday will start to ask questions. I can courier a parcel to Brazil, when no hiccups are involved, in just 4 days.
