Button's first training class.

I am so so proud of my little man.Today was his first class of the KC puppy foundation course.The trainer is wonderful, really positive and encouraging.....

It was an hours class and there were two other pups there with him.

he managed to do a sit without pawing me when I treated him!

He was introduced to the down.

He did perfect recalls despite there also being 2 adult dogs in the room (who were used to demonstrate).

He did some lovely loose lead walking.

he also did "paw/touch"

The hardest thing he did as to sit in the middle of the room focusing on me while we did some sits and downs while all the dogs were walking round the room doing heelwork.He was so focused.....those big eyes just kept looking up at me waiting to see what he was being asked to do next........
I Love my Buttons!

Well done Buttons! I love the puppy classes we went to, and still go to in a different format, they're like little sponges, ready to soak up everything and anything!! Sure the trainers are just like us and will fall completely under his spell by the end of the course .

I loved our puppy classes with Rolo, one of the other pups was a cocker and i used to love the way that he looked in awe of his owner, just looking at up at her with such love in his eyes.
