Canine Behaviour

Hope this is the right place to post this.
I am hopefully going on this course, I have sent the cheque off today.
Just hope its an interesting one.

CANINE BEHAVIOUR
Level: Beginners
Tutor: Christine Hines
Start Date: 6 October 2008
End Date: 1 December 2008
Length of Course: 8 Monday evenings plus a workshop tbc
Venue: Holme Lacy Campus
Course Content
This course is for those who are new to the subject and want to know more about the behaviour of
their dog and how this behaviour develops and can be influenced. The course consists of eight
evenings plus a one day practical observation session:
Course Content
· Origins and history of dogs
· Factors influencing the development of dogs
· Understanding the instinctive drives
· Understanding canine social structure
· Understanding mental health in working and pet dogs
· Developmental stages of behaviour
Entry Requirements
No previous experience required
Attendance
Monday evenings for 8 weeks plus a daytime
workshop to be confirmed
6.30pm to 8.30pm
Course Costs
Course Fee: £31.50
