Do you want to hear my news ??

Well as most will know, I have had a frozen shoulder for 9 months now. Although not now painful, thankfully that has passed. I just have a very inconvenient limited movement in the shoulder.

Today the awaited hospital letter arrived, and I am to go in next week, for (hopefully all that will be needed ) manipulation under anesthetic. Not sure why but I have got myself in a bit of a tizz over this.......

So all being well the surgeon will be able to move the stubborn shoulder to regain movement. I am not gong to think about option 2 until afterwards

So...... keep me in your thoughts Wednesday - "Please", I may be off line for a few days as he wants the arm kept elevated nice!!!!

Thanks x, I know it is probably a very safe and simple procedure, but as we get older we seem to worry about the most stupid of things
