homeopathic pain relief?

Is there any homeopathic pain relief that could be given to a dog after a spay just to help them cope/recover better?
My gran is having Shambles spayed and asked me to ask everyone here

I always give mine Arnica. It not only relieves the swelling and bruising but also reduces stress.

Your Gran could also add Aloe Vera Juice to her drinking water as this promotes healing from the inside,

Thank you for the replies, how much arnica should be given (she is a smallish collie) and where can I buy it from? Health food shop?

we give our pets Rescue remedy in their drinking water when there's any stress.
just a few drops in the water bowl, or squirt some direct in the mouth if distressed.

you can buy homeopathic remedies from Boots, also ebay.

for my dogs I'd give them child or baby doses, based on weight.
