I am thinking of putting in a order but wanted to know how much room a order will take. So how much room will 36 trays of minced chicken and veg take up????

I have a whole freezer but its a upright with drawers not a chest just for the food but want to order as much as can to get a variaty so want to order otther stuff as well but worried about mot having the room. plus I can clear out a drawer or two from my fridge freezer.

I wanted to order
1 chicken and veg mix (36packs)
1 minced tripe (36)
1 bag of wings (5lb)
2 bags of backs and carrcass (10lb)
1 meaty rib bones (15 bones)
1 economy mince (36)

I ordered 5 x 36 packs and it took up nearly 2 chest freezers (smaller type). If your freezer is a tall upright it should just about fit in but please don't quote me on that!!

I ordered 6 trays, that takes up 2 small chest freezers. I also ordered some marrowbones but they were huge so I had to make room in my own freezer indoors so I could fit them all in!

The meaty rib bones are massive, without those I could probably just about fit in my large chest freezer. I'd have no chance of fitting that lot in an upright freezer with drawers.

Thanks for the replies think I will have to cut back
Shame they don't offer a variety pack of the minced meats.
I have a cold pantry so can keep a day or twos meat in there deforsting in the cold weather maybe also in the summer.
Need to get a bigger freezer.

My husband will go mental lol

HI there..

I am the Scottish Rep for Landywoods..and I think you will fit it all in a tall upright freezer ( iam thinking 5or 6ft tall)..if its just the small undercounter ones then maybe not..

The ribs bones of late haven't been so big but have been meatier (they are still large but not with such long "ribs")

HTH

I have now got two under the counter freezers and a couple of drawers in my fridge/freezer. So hoping it will fit if not will have to ask my sister if she can store some for me.

I would say that one tray would fit in one full size drawer..
