Back To Physio

After my operation and having had my knee strapped up for two weeks I'm pretty much back to square one I had my bandage off and staples removed on monday, apparently I must be a quick healer as the staples had gone all wobbly and twisted (sorry for the graphic details!) so they really hurt when they came out and made me bleed!

I'm able to bend my knee probably to about 60 degrees, where I was at 150ish before my op

So it's back to physio for me on monday and then back to hydro once my scar has finished scabbing over (yuck). I just know he's going to tell me off the prices have gone up too - typical! £42 for my first session, then £37 thereafter which will probably be 2 - 3 times a week to begin with.
