Big OUCH!

Left the office at lunctime with the intention of coming home to let the dogs out for a wee.

Stood on a large stone (didn't see it) and went over on my ankle. That was fine, but I ended up flat on my face and my back is now really aching.

In addition, I have a bruised little finger, grazes on both hands, both knees and my right elbow.

Luckily, three people, including the first aider, saw it happen, so I was soon surrounded by rescuers .

The jolt to my back was horrid, and actually made me cry. Fortunately, it's just aching now, so although really painful, I don't believe any serious damage was done.

I did feel a twit

....and I did get in my car and come home to let the dogs out......

Sounds like a nasty fall. A long soak in the bath to ease these aches and pains. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks all. Don't have a bath .

Really aching now, but I'm resisting taking any painkillers until I go to bed.

Won't be long though!

Thanks for your good wishes x
