Help! Hit wrong button and lost all toolbars!

On the internet, I was typing quickly and my sausage-like fingers must have hit the wrong button and I have now lost all the toolbar across the top - which comes back when I go up there - but everything along the bottom, so I don't know the time and I can't switch between programmes that are open. Dogsey now has a big border down the left hand side too
What do I need to do to get it back?????

I did that too, didn't know what button I pressed but just kept pressing all the f keys then switch off and back on again and they came back. Sorry not much help but it worked!
