Hi, I'm new today

Hello to you all. I have just joined. I have a Shetland sheepdog (Sheltie), named Penny. We have had this breed most of our lives. She will be one year old on 17th of this month.

Hi there! Greetings from the Far North (Orkney, a.k.a. the Twilight Zone), not quite as far away as Shetland, but fairly close!

Here, the Border Collie is King, making up maybe 50% of the dog population. Although my two were farm-born, they are almost civilised now, being fond of their comfy beds and regular "sweeties" in a warm, dry house instead of leftovers in a damp, draughty barn! Hah! Farm dogs that won't go out in the snow! Blimey, what have I created?

Snorri

Hi & welcome to Dogsey.

Looking forward to seeing pics of Penny soon - I don't get to see that many shelties these days - not sure whether its just where I live or whether they're not as popular as they once were?
