Website saver software!

Thanks once again to the wonderful VIRGIN MEDIA I've been having problems with my website, ie not being able to add or delete anything, infact not do anything at all with it....after around 3 hours of calls today, they've kindly told me that the website will have to be reset!!!!!!!!! Which means me losing 2 years of work, I use the VM website builder so nothing stored on my computer.

My question is, are there any programs where I can download everything from my website and then reload it once the site has been reset?

I'm hoping there is, or I have a lot of work to do

Don't know if this will work, but get some FTP software.

Use the settings (substituting your Virgin login details for the ones shown on this page)

If it works, you should be able to locate your files on their server and transfer them back to your PC.
