They do slow down depending on the breed of dog, if she is crossed with something of a smaller breed she may be reaching her adult height and then they do slow down a lot.
If she is otherwise healthy I shouldn't worry too much. Especially with her being a cross as you don't know how big she will be as an adult (unless you know both the parents, and then it's only a guess. I have a springer/collie X and he is bigger than both breeds but is a 50/50 cross).
