funny encounter the other day

Had Harvey out on a walk as usual typical terrier always on the look out for other dogs to play with but he does think he's big and can take on any dog, biggest he's saw was a greyhound and it was scared of him. so we were walking down the road when two policemen on horses rode past lol first time he's seen a horse or anything that size his eyes were boogling dont think he could take that on, shut him up for a while tho think he was quite freaked maybe thought they were supermassive dogs and he isn't so big as he thinks.

He he. My dog Sam started to have a go at a police horse's tail one time (he waits til things have gone past him before he tries it on) Luckily the policeman laughed or he could've been nicked. Luckily the horse was nice and calm too. He's a b at times.

haha a dog taking on a horse... that would be a quite a sight to see!

he sounds like my Louie all full of bravado until they come across something huge like a horse then suddenly they ain't quite so sure anymore

Archie's a typical terrier in that regard too! He thinks he's much bigger than he is! He took on a rottie once - and the look on the other dog's face was hilarious ..... as if to say "you think you can beat me?!"

Terriers are fab!

ben normally gets picked on by small dogs, hes very nervous of them as they tend to go *underneath* and hes worried about his *bits* LOL
but on his long walk he comes across 2 shetland ponys, and he wont go near them he thinks they are BIG dogs and gives them a wide berth LOL
