Asking breeder questions when going to look at a puppy?

What important and semi important questions do i need to ask the breeder when i am going to look at the puppy?

So far i have:

- Worming dates
- hip & eye score + certificates
- parvo injection
- dry food / wet food / semi-wet food
- teeth cleaning
- house training
- castration
- dam's age
- For what reasons/qualities did they choose the sire and dam
for breeding
- How long have they been breeding Beagles for

Im sure im missing lots more.

ask if they will help you re-home if you find you have a problem ( hopefully not ) and can no longer care for the dog and make sure you see the mother some times they dont let you why? I dont know and ask to see the papers

Make sure the breeders are as interested in you as you are in them.

NOT ALWAYS a good thing to be able to see BOTH parents....can sometimes mean they have used a 'convenient' stud rather than the best

Captain proton,

If the breeder grills you as much as you grill them this is a good thing as good breeders will want there pups to go to good homes
