Snowdrop Cottage Inside

Here are some photos of the interior, it looks a bit sparse in some rooms as the curtains have been taken down for cleaning and I still have some of my figures and pictures to unpack and put onto the shelving. The bedrooms are a bit bare too as I'm waiting for more furniture to arrive tomorrow when my mum and dad come to visit as they'll be bringing more things with them. (Its also very exciting for us cos my older sister Coral is coming with my Aunt Audrey and the delightful little Billy Bob, must make sure my camera is operational for that little chap )

Hope you like the photos and manage to get a feel for the place.
Bedroom 1, has the original floorboards although I don't know whether to keep them like that, I'm a bit of a carpet girl

Bedroom 1 door (all the bedroom doors are these latch type)

Bedroom 2
Bedroom 3 (with all my junk still in it)
the landing

mine and the doggies lounge (see little Ebby sitting in the lobby - she is heavily in season and is causing all sorts of ructions with the boys, even though she is a couple of rooms away!
The next two are of the posh lounge from different angles
and finally the staircase that goes up from the posh lounge

Thanks Becky, they've been banned from the posh lounge because of the cream carpet and the highly polished staircase, plus I want to keep it nice for guests. However, the other day when I was fencing out at the front of the cottage I looked up to see all these little faces peering out of the window at me, the door now has a bolt on it because I kept finding them relaxed in there rather than our room, little monsters

Sheree, just let me have some dates when you will be available to entertain one woman and three Shiba Inus and I'll pencil it in.......

It's absolutely wonderful. Reminds me of the type of holiday cottage you get to stay in, and wish fervently that you actually owned it

Lovely photos of the house. How long do you think the carpets are going to stay cream?

Looks great, won't be long till you have it just how you want it ...ans why is it that dogs always want to be in the place they arn't supposed to be? ......grass is greener syndrome perhaps?
