Fabulous Back Massage...

I've got a friend who's trained in holistic therapies and got her to give me a full neck, shoulder and back massage today. It was absolutely brilliant. Felt great afterwards. Think I'm definitely going to make it a regular thing. It's so nice to take time out to do something entirely for me.
She does reflexology as well, so think that will be the next one for me to try.

Im thinking of doing such a course at college myself after another year of yoga. I looked into it and because of my circumstances they will give me a grant and i would only need to pay for the exams.
More hard work but well worth it as you say Jackie its a beautiful therapy.

Be my guest, I'd happily be your guinea pig!

Funny thing is she may have also found the answer to a problem I've been having with my lower back/hip. She said it didn't seem muscular but when she hit the spot I nearly went through the roof. She thinks I may have a problem with my sciatic nerve! Said I should probably see the doctor and have it checked. I would have just thought it was wear and tear had she not mentioned it.

Laura, I'll even pay for you to come here (Even Ian can come and camp in the field )

I love back massages. The only part of my back that can't be massaged though is my lower back. Unfortunatly, it aggrevates the injury I already have

Yeah, she was really careful around my lower back when she found the painful spot
