Broccoli Stalk

Is it ok to give Roxy the stem of Raw broccoli that I usually chuck away?

I normally chop up some broccoli for my two when I'm having (stems and all) and never had any problems

Hey Nat, don't throw it away, you can make a lovely brocolli soup with it, I'll dig out the recipe for you - it's delicious.

I cook it in with our stuff and then give it to Odi - he hates veggies raw, but loves them steamed....fussy or what

I always give Oscar a bit of the stalk to gnaw andhe loves it. Have also made broccoli and stilton soup with it.
