Mutton!

Well we have just finished cutting up the half carcas of mutton my sister sent in for us today.

The dogs have had a super time. OH thought Nudge was going to wear a hole in the floor with all the circuits she put in around the butcher block lol
So we now have lots of RMB, heart, kidneys, liver & a juicy neak, in the freeze to do us for a few days, a big leg for us to roast and have friends over in a few weeks, and lots of little bits for curry and stew.
