Look what I found! [Black Lab]

His name is Dante, found him at our local shops running about like a loon! Luckily I had some turkey ham on me as i'd just been in the shop, and bribed him over with a bit!

He had on a collar and tag so I took him back to my house and put a lead on him, and then walked him home. His daddy was so pleased to see him, he's only 6 months old and had gotten out earlier that morning and jumped straight over the fence and was off, little blighter! His grandad had been out looking for him all morning! They were so grateful, said I was lovely and would go to heaven, aww!

Anyway here he is, a few pics off my fone as I knew you'd all like him!

Dante, a.k.a, houdini!

He was lovely, but I think he was telling me he felt silly in Maddy's girlyfied lead

I'm always bliddy catching runaways, I always have a spare lead too when i'm out on walks. I couldn't settle if I saw a loose dog knowing someone could be missing it, or how it could be in danger, i'm soft like that!

What a gorgeous little norty ...

Good for you - it does not bear thinking about - he could have been run over or dognapped. Lucky owners that it was you that found him and looked after him until he was able to get home.:smt041
