Birthday treat! (Staffy)

We've had a great morning at the beach.
It is beauuuuuutiful. I was so warm in my eiderdown jacket!

Dinah had a great time, off lead, playing in the water, digging holes and finally speaking to a babeeeeee. Oh how she loves them but that's one treat I'm not getting her! We'll just have to borrow others.






She's grown (outwards) so much in the last few weeks. Another collar required! I don't think she'll be getting much taller now.



It's still sunny so I don't know if we'll venture out again this afternoon, or just stroll to the pub this evening (very dog-friendly, always get a handful of dog biscuits with your pint!)

We were early - there by 10 am. It was getting busy as we left. She is very good at coming back to the whistle and played with, and then left, lots of other dogs of all shapes sizes and ages. She even survived being bushwhacked by a pack of 4 - 2 black labs a scottie and a yorkie. Was a little perturbed but coped!!!

Nice pics, I love the beach & so do the dogs, there is nothing better than a stroll along the seafront with the dogs.

Yes Pete, it's astonishing! We were at the beach the day afer boxing day (another fabby warm & sunny day) but we both said today Wow, she's so much bigger than last time. And her collar is too small It's all really quick, don't know if it would have happened anyway or if it's being off lead that's letting her build herself up - she doesn't half 'work'.
