Home offered in North East England

I have a friend who recently rescued a very old black lab from a local rescue centre. She cannot bring herself to go back and find a friend for her old man, so I offered to come and ask on here.
We live in the North East of England and she works, she is looking for an older dog that hasnt any tendancies to chew or make indoor mess. I suggested a greyhound rescue, but thought of asking here first as I know lots of you know someone somewhere that needs a loving home.

Thanks
xx

Ooh yes, I bet that would be a great match.

Or how about the beautiful Ben ... get your friend to take a look at the montage video ... it almost has me in tears. He is such a gentleman I know he isn't in the NE at the moment, but I am sure we could organise a network to transport him up North if need be

Tia looks so adorable, I'm somewhat smitten and just wish I had the time and space to accomodate her and love her...I hope she gets a home very very soon.

I gave the picture of Tia to my friend who unfortunately has taken a full time job so wont be able now to take a rescue, but she took Tia's picture to work so hopefully someone there will love her? Fingers crossed.
