Postal Scam

Genuine looking postcards are left through letter boxes advising the occupier that the company has tried to deliver a parcel - to arrange a re-delivery there is a number to ring begining 0906... This is a premium rate number which will cost the caller £15. The "company " name is PDS or Parcel Delivery Service. With Christmas coming up and the increase in mail order shopping these scoundrels are hoping to make a lot of money - SO BE CAREFULL

I think your right. If I remember rightly. Royal mail cottoned on and stopped all postcards.
Scary the scams that go on.
