Does anyone know......(paint)

What that paint is called that is sort of wishy-washy because I want some to paint Rhiannas toy shelves but don't know what it is called

The style is called "wash", but I think it's just normal emulsion watered down. Sorry, I don't know ratios. Perhaps someone will be along later that can answer your question a bit more fully

I just use emulsion watered down and then wax or you could use varnish if you want a wipe down finnish. The thing with using a water product on wood is it brings up tiny hairs on the wood and you need to rub down with a fine paper afterwards before putting on a finnish. You can leave it without a top coat if cleaning is not a problem and if you use a wax type polish to dust it will build up a finnish over time.
