Diets!!!!

I hate diets!

When i was working with horses full time i was so slim & fit. I left to work in a office & have put on 3 stone. I gave up smoking 4 1/2 months ago which i am really chuffed about. So this contributed to the weight gain.
I have been eating healthily & have now lost 9 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks.

Are any of you losing weight? If so, can we have a thread for people who are trying to lose weight, so that we can support each other. I'd like to lose a stone in total for christmas.

I was 11 s 4 week beofer last but put on 4lbs after coming out of hospital the other week.... i should be about 9.5- 10 stone for my height (5 ft 6/7 inches)

i can lose 2lbs a week but sometimes slip and sometimes i am good....

GREAT!!!! I'm not the only one.
I'm using the weightwatchers diet. I think it really good. I was 12 stone 3, now i'm 11 stone 10.
So we are all roughly the same.

I used to be 9 stone :smt022 .

I've got this week off work. I've been on 2 hour walks with them everyday. I think they'll be glad when i go back

Yes i started jogging when i gave up smoking. Didn't last very long!!!
But i'll try again in the spring. Its hard running with 3 dogs on the lead.

Think i should get the dust off my bike

tried slimfast, got bored very quickly!!! tried my own version of atkins where i cut out bread, pasta and rice but not veg etc! that went ok but i really am a carboholic!

WW seems to work plus you get the "cheat night" once a week where you can get pizza or fish and chips!
