How to stress yourself out on a Monday morning?

Call the NHS Dental clinic to let them know that the dentist who worked on the chip on my OH's front teeth without his glasses on has botched it badly, he gave him a gap between his two front teeth and subsequently the whole filler has since crumbled and the tooth has a larger chip than before....

They are all denying that the dentist ever made the comment that he had forgotten his glasses.

My OH has gone to London working with his client all week with a half broken tooth and he's really upset.

I just don't know what to do, I mean there's no point complaining any higher up as they are all defending the dentist

Oh no! Its always the same, they all close ranks. They treat us like imbeciles.

Can't believe he worked without his glasses. He'll never admit it again now though.
