The Dissapearing Bags!

Has anyone witnessed the marvel that is the dissapearing bag!

I saw one today, dog poos right in the middle of the pavement, young girl, standing looking around looking through her pockets (must of been very deep)
Then starts to walk off, continuing to search through her coat and trousers!

LOL in the end i went and gave her a bag, she kept saying i did have one, but i cant find it! sure love, whatever

Our council is putting up bins on every pole. Before you had to walk for 10 minutes to find one.

I see quite a lot of that to Gems or worse still, don't even bother to try and find a bag, they just walk off and leave it

Nope, the only bins are the ones at home. So I have to walk for an hour with a poop bag full.

Heck aye I hate seeing doggy poop on the floor. I had a falling out with a guy the other week. His dog done a poop, the guy didn't pick it up and I had a spare bag so I picked it up and said 'Excuse me I think your dog dropped this' and handed him the bag of poop.
The guy was not impressed and I haven't seen him since.
