Bit cooloer here today and the wind has got up. I am waiting for a parcel from Amazon ordered yesterday and supposed to be delivered today. You have to admire service as good as this.

Brenda - You will be getting lots of forms and papers from your solicitor, check out each one carefully, I'm sure there will be something in there asking you to list any disputes with neighbours. This MAY only apply to ongoing disputes and MAY only relate to actual legal complaints, but as Griff has said, if it needs a response from you the legal people will not move until they get it Sounds like you're OK with your neighbours but if it's a form that needs completing then so be it, beaurocracy gone mad but as Lynn said you have to fill it in regardless

Use to drive me mad Harvey fill in the form I did ours mostly by email the question ones, some had to be filled manually and posted or popped back into the agent to forward to the solicitor, but the amount of times the air was blue because I had answered the question then would send again from a different perspective, had to be done though, it is however a long tiresome job.
Especially when you've had a busy day house hunting.

As Barry said very windy here bt has dried the washing. Been and done the large shop so hopefully fully stocked for the next 3/4 weeks - it all depends on hollow legs of son as to how long it lasts. He is working nights for the next three day so no early rising for me
