Hi J

It will be a battle of 'looks' Vs 'power'

The spec of the first machine is better than the second machine. But the second machine will look 'nicer' on your desk as it has a 19" TFT Monitor. )

A crt monitor which comes with the first machine looks like this:

but don't forget even though it is a crt monitor, it is still flat screen.

The monitor for the second machine looks like this:

The second machine also has 'nicer' keyboard mouse and speakers and a printer. Whereas the first machine has a better grpahics card and general 'power' stuff like more memory etc.

If you are not intending to 'push' the computer in terms of games or other stuff then I think you will be alot happier with the second machine.

the choice is yours!

Hi Azz and others.

I have looked again...... It turns out that the " gamepackage" does have a 17" Scaleoview S17-1 flatscreen.

There's actually a minus about the second one. Its a printer, but not a scanner, and I still dont have a digital camera, so will have to buy a scanner or have my old printer/scanner standing there aswell.

I actually have a 3. offer, which is a bit of a combo:

"Officepackage B"

HP Pavilion t680.dk Photosmart PC, HP s9500 19" CRT screen, HP wireless keyboard and mouse, HP officejet 1315 print/scan/copy, software.

Techical spec.:
Intel Pentium 4 processor 550 with Hyper Threading 3.4 GHZ, 800 MHz FSB, 1 MB l2 cache, Intel 915P chip, 1024 MB RAM (400 Mhz) PC3200, 250 Gb harddisk SATA-7200 rpm, 9i1 memorycardreader, 8x Double Layer DVD-burner, PCI Express, ATI Radeon X600Pro grafic with 256MB (PCI Express), TV-out, INtel High Defination Audio 7.1 soundsystem, 10/100 netcard, IEEE1394 Firewire, 7 accesses for USB2.0 accessories (3 on front) and Wireless LAN 802.11 b/g with Soft Access Point.

As you can see, its a combo. Its without the flatscreen (but I dont have a flatscreen now!) And I've been told I can buy photo software at the side.

So have anyone changed their minds?

Gawd this really makes me see, just how big a pc idiot I am.

Sorry for keep ranting but I want to be sure I get the best for the money.

Well to finish this topic.

I've decided for the "Gamepackage". I have a printer/scanner/copier at home, and I can go and buy a photo programme when I need it.

So I'm going for the power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks guys for helping me

Go POWER!

it's also the one I wouldve chosen! and you can easily buy a good speaker set/digi cam cheaply enough anyways!
