To Copy a File
Press and hold down the CTRL key while you drag the file to another folder.
To Create a Shortcut
Press and hold down CTRL+SHIFT while you drag a file to the desktop or a folder.

Isn't it easier to press the CAPS LOCK key or press the SHIFT key ?

that was copyed from Microsoft if you know another way it works that`s ok with me

Why use two keys when you can use one .... guess that's why their software takes so long to do things
