Heartbroken dog needs a home after owner's death

An animal centre in Derby is appealing for a lovely new home for a heartbroken resident called Bruno.

The 12-year-old Staffy arrived at the Abbey Street Animal Rehoming Centre when his owner passed away.

Staff at the rehoming centre say Bruno is very attached to people and has plenty of energy for an older dog. Ideally, he would suit owners who will be able to spend most of the day with him and take him out for walks.
...[snip]...
"Bruno doesn't understand that his owner has died, so he's very stressed. "Kennels are no place for older dogs and what Bruno really deserves is a home where he can live out the rest of his days in comfort and happiness".

I do hope he finds a permanent forever home soon so he can enjoy the rest of his life not feeling so lonely.

Out of country and Sophie is dangerous to other dogs except Callie. Otherwise I would adopt him in a heartbeat.
