Puppy farm?

On the way home from taking the children to gymnastics today saw a sign with "Puppies for sale" they had a list german sheperd, labs, doberman and sercurity dogs.

Is this legal?? Hope the living conditions are ok. I have never seen this before or does it go on a lot and my heads been in the clouds.

Anyone who advertizes their puppies on the roadside is not interested in who gets their puppies, they just want the money. It's not illegal unless the sign breaches a council bye law or distracts drivers.

More than likely a disreputable breeder of non health tested non pedigree dogs
