Thanks everyone. They are getting along so well. She's beginning to actually LIKE the little dude. She always follows him around the house, as if trying to protect him from harm and she lets him lay right there next to her, and stands guard.

He LOVES her and it seems the shelter was right, he's good with other dogs and goes right up to other dogs with a grin and a "hello". He's met a large Chow, as well as a large blue pit bull.. whom he actually submitted the same as he's done with Jade. LOL!

I worry a little about walking them together, not because of pulling etc. but because I think she might be too protective of him and make a fuss etc. I took them both to the park for their first time and they did SO well.
