North Pennies walks.

Hello,

Next week I will be on a holiday with my family, friends and dogs. It would be our first time in this area.

The problem is that two of the dogs that are coming have a dislike to other dogs and one of the dogs have a fear of strangers so really we want walks that have a silm chance of bumping into dogs and people but can deal if it doesn't happen too often.

It is meant to be a relaxing holiday so we are more than happy not meeting another soul!

We would like to travel to the lakes at least one of the day so suggestions for there would be great too!

Any of these good?;

Barnard Castle
High Force
Teesdale Way
Bambrough beach

With thanks in advance

Hi Parkers

There are some stunning places there, you will have a wonderful time.

I've found a walk for High Force:

most of the north coastline will be bare except for dog walkers.
Doesn't sound nice but Seaton Sluice up to Blyth is a nice dog walking beach.
Alston, Allendale both nice villages.
Where are you based
