Steam Cleaners

For those of you who have them are you able to say good things about them?

Which brand do you use?

Looking to get one that cleans rugs and hard floors (and that doesn't cost the earth).

Thanks for your help

My Mum bought a steam cleaner, and it was ****!
She took it back to the shop!

Hopefully someone can recommend a good one to you though!

Hi
I have a Polti steam cleaner, I have only used it on carpets. It cleans the carpets lovely but doesn't get stains out.

Ive got a small steamer but I just use it for cleaning the kitchen and toilet instead of using chemicals. When I have used it in the past for the carpets it did not do anything for them

This is the type i have borrowed in the past from a friend when Abe's bum exploded in my house on 3 different occasions.

Very good at getting 'obnoxious smells' from carpets, but does need you to be persistent.

They sponsor F1 racing in some area good sign that they will be expensive But you never know always a bargain to be had - thanks Fred - they do sound really good.
