LOL

We don't have a car unfortunately as we don't have UK licences....solves that problem then

We'll be using a box to bring him home in a cab, it'll have newspaper, fresh water, wipes, towels etc to deal with any mishaps. Unfortunately we live 2 hours away from all our friends in London so it's unreasonable for us to ask them to drive us home LOL However we have found a cab company that is happy to bring our wee boy home with us.

I dont think you have missed anything out although the best poo bags are the value nappy sacks from supermarkets or even better some councils give them away for free, worth checking out your local council.

Thanks!

Don't forget if you have any sanity left you must leave it at your front door along with your sleepy head if you have one coz you won't be needing it and you won't get any sleep
But enjoy your wee scone he'll be a delight.

Mini, you mentioned a wheat sack in the first aid post, is this the same as the wheat sacks that are used for arthritic joints? If i recall they are heated up in the microwave - we've got them in NZ but haven't come across them over here - do you know what they are called over here in the UK then I can search for them.

Thanks

..Yes they are called wheat bags here, I use them a lot at work and you heat them in the microwave..you can get them at Boots Chemist or on the net..don't leave a puppy alone with one in case it chews it...the hotty bottle you wrap in a towel I have a lavender and wheat one too (Boots again I think)

God yes, Mini that is a good one, we brought Brodie home in February but still think it is a good point. We wrapped the scented blanket around the hot water bottle so our new baby thought it was her mum.
Ingrid you are the perfect mother cannot think of anything else you could possibly of missed.
You wont know until it happens.
