Darcey is 1 tomorrow!

According to the vaccination card that came with her, Darcey is 1 tomorrow
It also happens to fall on her being with us for 8 weeks, it feels longer than that, not sure if that's a good thing or not

So a little bit of an update, she's like a different dog
Not hyper any more, no constant playing in the house, it's actually Cooper now who seems to be the one trying to get her to play in the house.
She has found the pros of living with us is that you can sleep on the bed all day, she and Cooper are actually upstairs now asleep on my bed
She's stopped taking things and chewing them and usually only chews her toys now, I bought them some antler chews and they have some hooves they can chew on whenever they like and this seems to be working well for her.
She still counter surfs but it's getting better, you can walk carrying food and sit on the sofa and eat now without her trying to grab food from your hands.
Out on a walk she is wonderful, doesn't go far away, recall is great. Still a little reserved of big dogs she meets but once friendly with them she is fine. I actually prefer her being slightly reserved than a bit full on and in your face like Cooper is
She's more naturally obedient than Cooper is, when I get my butt in gear I might start taking her to agility as I think she would like that.
So very pleased with my little girl and everyone seems very taken by her

She sounds perfect Happy Birthday for tomorrow Darcy, so lucky to have found 'home' this time

We've still got a long way to go but she's certainly improving

It's the big day today and I think she's going to have a duvet day and a big chicken dinner later
