Canine Training Behaviour course

I would like to do a course relating to canine training and behaviour. I work full time so it would need to be a course where I can work from home in my own time. I want to do the course firstly to have a better understanding to train my own dogs and for my own interest and secondly to increase my chances of getting into assistance dog training as a career. The courses I have found online are:

COAPE - Diploma in companion animal behaviour and training (not sure if I would have to do a lower level course first or not? I have a degree in an unrelated field??)

Compass - Canine behaviour and training

Open Study College - Canine Science level 3

British College of Canine Studies - dog behaviour diploma

Does anyone have experince of any of these courses? Or experience of gaining employment as an assistance dog trainer or the qualifications these employers look for?
