New Years Day 2012

We took a wonderful walk down to Monynut Forest today with Bruno and kids.

It was wonderful - not a soul in sight ( thanks for the tip Moobli) and Bruno got to be offlead the entire walk.

Luca deciding to go the hard way

Lola going the right way

What you mean I don't need to be on lead?? You sure ??

EEERrrr you know how you said I didn't have to be on lead...... well I found a bit of a muddy burn at the side of the forest walk.....

Something on my face you say ???

Luca- scary tree mummy !!!

Vista

NO idea what he was doing.....

Just bruno

This side is clean mum......

I found the car !!!!!!!

Ha bloody ha - oh lord the indignity !!!

Ha ha!! The look on Bruno's face in that last one is a stark contrast to the joy on his face when he got his mud pack!

Great pics, the kids are just adorable and how lovely to have Bruno offlead like that, heaven!

Glad you enjoyed the forest - although it looks a bit muddy! LOL at Bruno! The kids look great, and as though they really enjoyed it. Did you manage to do a loop? It isn't particularly obvious where you turn off the main forestry track to loop back on yourself unfortunately, but I can try and give you directions if you go back again

Hey No we didn't manage a loop - just after the little bridge they are cutting the trees so the track is really really muddy where the machine has been down !!, we went quite far past that but didn't see where to turn to do a loop and its was about 3 by that point so didn't want to chance having to possibly find the car in the dark !!! So we just turned back but Bruno loved just being able to run !

I know but he was shaking like a leaf when we put him in the car and I only had an old jumper so thought would stick it on him - it lasted 5 minutes and he ended up wearing it as a skirt LOL
