Red button

Why can't I get the horse show on the red button---I got the puissance the other night but now nothing.

I can't get it---SO cross All I get is an index and no reference to it on the button at all.

My red button channel is blank.

My mums the same - I'm on Virgin pressed the red button and it came right up, mum can't find it on sky :0(

Them Kelpie pooches can't half move - they almost flew WOW
