How foolish did I feel today ?

When I fell over on my bum in the new shopping centre at Stratford. Very....

There was a strawberry or something on the floor and I found it and next thing I know over I went. I reported it to the security guard who took my details and offered to get first aid which I declined. I certainly didn't want anyone else slipping on it and by rights they should make sure their floors are clear of hazards.

No harm done just thought you might want a giggle.

I`m just wondering what sort of first aid was offered ? Cream perhaps?

Lots of Ibuprofen tonight, and a hot bath, just in case!

I am absolutely fine no more than the usual aches and pains thankfully. My wrist did hurt for a little while but all ok now. Luckily my rear end is well padded which is a good thing sometimes.

I am looking forward to champagne flowers and chocolates. What do you think ? I think I won't hold my breath.
