One year on and still missing you Molly

Hi sadly don't use this site much now. But I hope people don't mind me coming back today, because I had to write down my feelings. I had to have my baby pts a year ago today, the pain is abit better but I miss her so much and wish she was here.. I still every so often get flash backs of her at the vets and her looking at me,I can see her face so clearly. I still hate myself for the fact that before he gave her the injection I had to go out the room, the only consulation was my dad was with her. I could go on there is so much I could say, and also even more about her, her personality, things she did etc.. I have to stop now before I cry to much. RIP Molly miss you foreverxxxx

Of course you are welcome to come on the forum and pour out the feelings you are having about losing Molly a year ago. I find the first anniversary is always really difficult and brings it all back to you

Please try not to feel bad about not staying right until the end. Your dad was with Molly and she will have known how loved she was. xxx

Don't blame yourself.. no doubt you did the only thing possible, to get her out of her missery whatever it was.. she is happy now playing at the rainbow bridge and watching over you. We will never forget our dearest 4 legged friends, they will always have a special place in our hearts.. God bless them all. xxx

Don't feel bad about leaving the room. I watched my boy's last breath and it still haunts me at this time of year.

Sorry for you loss. Try not beating yourself up about it I'm sure Molly knew you loved her very much, and I'm sure she wouldn't want you to be upset - like you said your dad was with her so she wasn't alone. *hug*

It is so hard. I think it was better for you to leave your dog in the loving care of your Dad if it meant she didn't see you upset at the end. Whatever we do at this time we can usually find something to reproach ourseves about.

It is almost 4 months since we had Cherry put to sleep and I miss her so much.

Don't think of Molly's last moments, they are nothing to her. Think of the fun you had together. That is what Molly left you, Good Memories.
