Overpopulation

Hi guys, been a while since I've posted, the pack and I have moved home and are now settled in nicely.


Anyway I'm becoming more and more concerned at the amount of unwanted animals, and the amount of idiots I know breeding dogs for the sake or making money.

What's the solution? Dog licences? Requiring a licence to breed - no licence = mandatory neutering at x age? Puppy tax?

Something has to be done. I'd really like to get involved in supporting the cause!

I thought this was about overpopulation of humans! I think that is a problem too (according to David Attenborough).

I don't want to go down the more legislation route as you can just imagine that the people complying will be the responsible ones who aren't the problem anyway.
