Personally, though some people might differ. I would just get a half decent harness (unsure of any makes) and get the biggest size possible which fits on the tighest fitting.
Does this make sense? I did this with my dogs car harness after she was too big for her crate, i bought the biggest size on the tightest fitting and fortunately as she grew to her biggest i didnt even have to buy a new bigger one!!!

I would wait until she's had all jabs and ready to go out (if she hasn't already - just as they grow so much in even 2 weeks!).
Then as kimmie said try and get a harness that fits on the tighter settings. I would expect her to outgrow one - she will probs be in a xsmall/small now and will be a medium (in Pah harnesses).
I would get one that fits well enough though as you don't want it slipping over her head, tripping over it etc.

Maybe a rogz harness?

Personally I wouldnt get any harness at all. They can stuff up the fronts on dogs, especially in a puppy.

What do you mean please? I always understood that a harness was the kindest option.

To the OP, how about a Doggames harness that comes in four separate pieces and you just buy the piece that needs replacing?

In a spaniel I wouldn't have thought a harness was the best option as they have a low centre of gravity and in my experience just pull into them rather than being prevented from doing so. Having said that I bought a dog-games one for Griffin for our holiday and it was fab, especially as the pieces are all different sizes and you can build it from scratch if buying for an adolescent, replacing the pieces as they grow.

If you teach a dog to walk to heel very early on and it never learns to pull I have never really seen the need for a harness as there is no pressure on the neck of a dog that is walking on a loose leash.

The only time I ever used a harness was after kennel cough as my dog pulls around traffic due to fear and didn't want her irritating her throat.
